The Sash Management Company stocks many different types of window furniture from centre catches and sash lifts to D-handles and pulley wheels, straight arm ( top left & centre ) and Brighton catches ( top right ) are among the most popular used today although the old style Fitch catch is used on the rare occasion.

All of our window furniture comes in polished brass, polished chrome and satin chrome.

We also provide Insurance approved restrictor locks to restrict the opening of the sashes, they are key operated and are usually placed on the top sash side rails at 100mm ( 4" ) this allows fresh air into your rooms while keeping young children and animals safe. On ground floor windows that are easily accessible from the outside we tend to put the restrictor locks in the closed position so the sashes can not be moved from the closed secure position.
